It can effectively intercept the dusts and suspended matters

in the air with characteristics of small resistance,

 large dust containing capacity, light quality, compact structure,

good generality, easy installation, long service life and low cost, etc.

They are mainly used for primary filtration of air conditionings

We can provide a variety of primary efficiency filters for our customers.

The outer frames can be made by paper, aluminum,

cold plate, galvanized sheet and stainless-steel plate, etc.

And the filters can be made by non-woven fabrics,

 chemical fibers, glass fibers, nylon nets and so on.

With the characteristics of large effective filtration area,

large dust containing capacity, large ventilation, small resistance,

simple structure, low cost, long service life,

and they can be used in the environment of damp, 

high air flow and large dust load.

It can filter dust particles of 1~3μm or above and suspended solids.

And for some of the filters,

the filtration efficiency of the dust particlesabove 0.3μmcan reach more than 99.97%.

For example, under the condition of air volume for 125m³/h

and the test wind resistance for less than 150Pa,

the efficiency is more than 98%,

and the test value of CADR is more than 25cfm.

And we can customize two kinds of products, which are clean and non-clean.

HEPA filter is a filter that the filtration efficiency of the dust particles

above 0.3μm can reach more than 99.97% under the wind speed of 0.5m/s.

And they can be widely used at the end of the air filtration systems

for high purity requirements, such as hospitals, electronics, semiconductor, food, etc.

The capture efficiency of 0.3μm particles can reach more than 99.97%,

can absorb all kinds of harmful gases and dusts invisible to the naked eye.

And the super efficiency filters with super filtration efficiency

for 0.3μm particles (even 0.1μm particles),

are the most effective filters for smokes, dusts and bacteria.

while the pressure loss is less than 60Pa.
